RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Develop and follow up with leads
- Must have General Lines Property and Casualty license
- Must have General Lines Life and Health license
- Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Typing speed (like 40-60 WPM)
*MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR STATE FARM TO APPLY TO REMOTE POSITION. PLEASE DON'T APPLY IF YOU DONT HAVE A MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR EXPERIECE WORKING FOR A STATE FARM AGENT.

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $42,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
